Sally the Blind Cave Salamander is a disguise that Jim wears while searching for Princess What's-Her-Name in Earthworm Jim 2. He dons it in Villi People, during which he takes on the appearance of a blind cave salamander to swim through the caverns of a living intestinal planet.
Jim can still use his Plasma Blaster while disguised as Sally; he carries it with one of his feet.
In the animated series, a subtle reference to Sally the Blind Cave Salamander is made. During the episode "The Book of Doom", Evil the Cat uses the eye of a newt as an ingredient for his elixir, implicitly making a reference to the missing eyes of Sally the Blind Cave Salamander.
